Instructions for PASTA Heat Sauce then
ADD the cooked Pasta. Simmer for 2 Minutes. If preferred,
add Parmesan Cheese. If preferred, add crushed Red Chili Pepper
Penne with Sausage Preheat oven to 350?
degrees F (175? degrees C). Heat Sauce then ADD the
cooked Pasta. Simmer for 2 Minutes, and place in a baking dish.

Cooking Instructions for SOUVLAKI Heat the oven to 375? F. Wipe the Souvlaki lightly with a paper towel. ( personally I prefer to cook with the marinade on). Heat a fry pan, slightly Oiled. Place Souvlaki in the pan separated ( better if they don't touch ). Cook to Medium-Rare (internal temperature of the Meat 145? F, @ thickest piece Meat). If you prefer more crispy Souvlaki, place under Broiler for few minutes. Let Souvlaki rest for 4 - 5 minute covered with Aluminum foil.
