Reheating Instructions;
I Recommend That
Food Is Only
Reheated Once
PLEASE NOTE; Our
Heat & Eat
meals are
fully cooked
and ready
to heat in
the microwave
OR oven.

Make sure
you eat purchased
meal prepped
food within
6 days at
the very latest.

TO
REHEAT SCHNITZELS:
Place it
a dry ( no
Oil ) Fry
Pan OR
baking sheet
and bake at
400°F for 5-10 minutes,
turning halfway
through.
Do not reheat
Schnitzels in
the microwave
because the
breading will
get soggy.
REHEATING
PIEROGIES in
FRYING PAN:
Warm a small
amount of
Butter or
Oil in a frying
pan on medium
heat.
Add Pierogies
to the warm
Butter or
Oil.
Sautee the
Pierogies for
4-5 minutes or
until they
are warmed
through.
Be mindful
of not overcooking
so they don't
fall apart.
REHEATING
SAUSAGES in
FRYING PAN:
Heat 1 tbsp of Water, Butter or Oil in a frying pan.
Cook the Sausages
gently in
the Water,
Butter or
Oil for 10-12 minutes,
until thoroughly
cooked, turning
frequently.
Sausages can
also be baked
in the oven
(a good method
to use if
you're cooking
something else
in the oven).

FOODS
to be REHEATED
in the MICROWAVE
1. If possible
transfer food
(
Example CABBAGE ROLLS )
to a microwave-safe
dish ( always
have the food
covered )
2. Microwave on
HIGH, 2 minutes.
Stir meal.
Continue to
Microwave on
HIGH, 1½ minutes.
3. Carefully, remove
from microwave
and remove
cover. Check
temperature.
4. If necessary,
continue to
Microwave on
HIGH, 1½ minutes
until the
preferred temperature
is achieved.
CAUTION: steam
will be released,
and will be
extremely hot!
FOODS
to be REHEATED
in the OVEN
1. Preheat oven
to 250°F - 325°F degrees.
Aim for a
low-temperature
oven 200-250°F (90-120°C)
no more
than 350°F, and
check on your
food once
in a while
until it's
heated through.
2. If you're
worried that
food will
dry out, just
cover it with
foil all the
times.
3. Place product
on baking
sheet ( to
contain any
Spilling and bake,
25 minutes ).
4. Remove from
oven. CAUTION:
Baking sheet
and meal will
be hot!
REHEATING
Cooked VEGETABLES
Preheat oven
to 250°F - 325°F degrees.
Reheat them
on low heat,
keeping the
oven at around
for 3 - 5 minutes
covered with
foil
