Baked Jalapeno Poppers

36 large Jalapeño peppers
16 oZ Cream cheese, softened and whipped
15 pc (about) can, Artichoke, minced
6 - 8 oZ can Tuna, drained and chopped
16 oZ Mozzarella cheese, finaly shredded
3/4 cup Cilantro leaves, finely chopped
  Bread crumbs, to sprinkle on top before baking
Wearing protective rubber or plastic gloves slice jalapenos in half lengthwise and remove the meat and seeds.     In a medium mixing bowl, beat the Cheeses, Artichokes, Tuna and Cilantro, until creamy. Spread into halved peppers.      Dip and roll (the open cheese-stuffed side only) of the peppers in bread crumbs.        Place peppers, cheese-side-up on a baking sheet.     Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes or until hot and lightly browned on top.     Serve and enjoy-it very carefully (it is very hot and can badly burn yourself)!
