6 Gal.      WATER
6 oZ         SALT
Bring water to boil.
ADD
6 Lb     PASTA   (Spaghetti, Macaroni, or Noodles
Reheat to boiling temperature.
Cook uncovered at a fast boil until tender, about 10 minutes.
Stir occasionally to help prevent sticking.
Test for doneness. It should still be firm to the bite.
Drain and retain water for later use.
Do not RINSE OR ADD OIL (Butter OR Margarine is the exception). Oil will prevent Sauce sticking to the Pasta
NOTE:      Pasta can be refrigerated for up to 3 days tightly covered.    ( FREEZE ONLY IF ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY )
