cup salted
Butter, softened 1 Lb Cream Cheese, softened 1+1/2 - 2 Lb powdered Sugar 4 Tb freshly-squeezed Lemon juice 4 ts Lemon zest 2 ts pure Vanilla extract Using an electric mixer beat together the Butter and Cream Cheese. Combine the Lemon zest with the powdered Sugar. Slowly blend in the powdered Sugar, Lemon juice and Vanilla. Beat until smooth and well-combined. The longer you whip this frosting, the fluffier and lighter it will become. |
